– A sand sculpture on the Indo-Pak issue with a message Violence Never Brings Permanent Peace at Puri beach by Sudarsan Pattnaik, an Indian Sand artist.
Thankyou Cabrogal!
I don’t know much about Puri or the temple, to be honest. But this picture caught my attention and it really does speak for itself.
Yesterday was our Independence day, today is theirs. And hence goes a message. 🙂
Aameen 🙂
And thankyou! I had a good day, dressed in green and white 😀
Wrote something about Pak, gonna post soon Inshaa Allah, though I think I have kinda lost inspiration to blog frequently.
Happy Independence day to you too! Read your “patriotic Indian” post, jald comment krungi =D

Puri is a very special place.
The Jagganath temple and Car festival.
The Konarak complex nearby.

Have you been to Kanpur?
I’ve been through Kanpur by train several times but never got off there.
I asked because Kanpur seems to be the only Indian city I can talk at least ‘something’ knowingly..
Happy Belated Independence Day! 🙂
