Captive’s Choice

You’ve been kidnapped and given a choice: would you rather be stranded on an island, dropped into an unknown forest, or locked in a strange building?

Firstly, kidnappers never ask. They just do. But if they’ll be kind enough to keep me somewhere by my choice, I’ll stay in that strange building.

Islands are great places for sure, but keeping in mind that I’ll be their captive and not someone spending her vacations by the beach, it just doesn’t seem a neat nice idea.

Forests: Well, there’s a good chance of survival there. Some weird-kinda-plants that I could eat when hungry and coconut water to drink as they mention in stories, but what about those wild animals? Chopped in chunks and swallowed by some khofnak qisam ke animals is the last kind of death I’ll imagine for myself. *shudders*
NO. Just no.

What choice remains then, except that strange building? Though I wonder what kind of ‘strange’ you mean by just strange, but anyway it will be easier living there I guess (and as another blogger suggests, escaping from there). They’re man-made things, picking locks or breaking doors could be another adventure, plus there will be some signs of life near or Rapunzel’s paintbrush if nothing else.

I wish you’d asked about a desert because that’s the only best journey I had already fantasized about, earlier. (Even if it isn’t a proper place to hold anyone captive, but please?)

  1. Smart choice… Additionally… there is a possibility that there is a strange bed in the strange building… If so… I (or you) could strangely sleep in peace πŸ˜€ Faaltu mein jaagne se kya faayda… Jitna time mile… uska sahi use karna chaahiye πŸ˜›

  8. Lol won’t you feel scared yaar there would be no way for running around in a building πŸ˜› Whereas on an island you can run anywhere you can have things to eat…. As far as animals are concerned they’ll be far better than those human animals I mean the kidnappers πŸ˜‰ Wesay Allah na kre kabi aisa ho kitna fazul prompt dia hai word press ne πŸ˜› πŸ˜›

    • Haha fazool hae in that sense, but imaginative qisam ka. Wasn’t going to write on this one but sab itni interesting posts likh rae thy issi pe ke it inspired me then. πŸ˜› πŸ™‚

Lol see, island agar Maldives jesi koi awesome place hoti to life-time ke lye bhi no problem kidnap rehny me, BUT you will be STRANDED on an ISLAND. Banda akela kitne arsay reh skta ek aesi jagah pe? Some days, weeks, mahina ziada se ziada. Then apko pani se BHT wehshat aegi, aur wahan se escape kesay hoga? Swim krke? Building me bhi itny koi achay chances nhi hyn but wahan koi na koi rescue krne pohanch jaega. =p

Thank you for your concern though. πŸ˜‰ Lotsalove.
