Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.

Steps

A pen I hold
trembling, and try
my hands at versing
Ink finishes –
I fail miserably.

Do I know your name?
Where do you belong except
except here of course
Inside me.

Imagination breaks walls
Trust ensures boundaries
I stand barefoot
and walk on my poetry.
