2014, By the roaring waves!, Photography, Poems and poetry

I see you
in petals of roses
red and white…
in pink chrysanthemums
and yellow daffodils,
poppies and periwinkles
and hollyhocks.
I see you in fields
of blooming flowers
and I find you
between them
in Thorns.

نرگس  و بنفشہ ، گلخیرہ و گل نار
تو رنگ بہار، بعکس خار و گلزار

    • Thank you so much, Lala Rukh! ❤ I missed you too. And I love you too! ^_^

Chrysanthemums are those cute little things shown here. We have got them in Pakistan too. And this poem basically started in my university, because there I see such a variety of pretty flowers and strange trees that one can just not walk away without stopping to admire them first!
The name came from ‘Odour of Chrysanthemums’, by the way. 😉 It’s a short story by D. H. Lawrence that we studied in our literature class.
Oh and I’m doing well, Alhamdulillah. 🙂
