A for apple, B for Ball~

I have no idea why I am posting this, and this is a very stupid post.

As I told I am teaching a kid nowadays, it has obviously affected my thinking and attitude. I am learning to be patient, to listen attentively, and to let that little girl do the way she wants. Sadly, I can not always boss around! 😀

Teaching is learning twice!

Plus, I will use my childish ways even when I am not in the role! For example, look at the following verses that I texted my aunt today:

A for Apple,

B for Ball,

Are you free?

May I call?

C for Cat,

D for Dot.

Here are mangoes,

That I bought!

E for Elephant,

F for Fish,

I love Biryani!

What’s your fave dish?

(=D Lol, are you enjoying?)

G for Gorilla,

H for Horse,

This is a cat,

And this is a mouse!

I for Island,

J for Jack,

There is the key,

At your back!

K for Kangaroo,

L for Love!

I like birds,

Sparrow and dove!

(Genius. ;))

M for Master,

N for Night,

I pray for you!

With all my might!

(These are all sudden couplets! Please don’t doubt my senses.)

So this was it. You see, I am too busy teaching her, in any way that I can think of! My aunt, the one I texted all that stuff, is well-experienced. She has done Montessori Training Course from a well-reputed institute here, and she gives me some very valuable advices! Btw, she loved my attempt! 😀

So well, that’s all for today. I really hope I don’t post much about this teaching experience, because you get bored or not, I certainly will. 😉

Free atlast!

Heya people!

I was so busy with my exams that I missed blogging for quite a time (except when I just HAD to put the 11 May post) and now that my exams have ended and SUCH a monotonous and tiring schedule has reached its end, I’m back! 😀

These days have been so tiring, really! Our exams timetable had been so devised that there was just a day gap between each paper and that means that within like 10 days, we had to give 5 tough papers! And people like me who save for the end A LOT to study get practically killed. Physics, Maths and Chemistry are were my subjects and 10 to 11 chapters in each.

The study system here is very different than that used in the West. Well, the faculty I had chosen was Pre-Engineering which was a headache. Not really, but it was difficult in the days I was studying it through boring teacher lectures. And as soon as I began to study them comprehensively for exams, they appeared to me to be very interesting! But the irony was, that as soon as I found them interesting, the session had come to is end. 😉

Enough for the studies info, now that I’m done with these examinations, and am free, I plan to do the following:

  • Write blogs!
  • Write a novel. (Draft ready in my head)
  • Read many good books! (like the ones already stored in my closet and some to borrow from Moniba and yes, that one Amira told of, ‘Samir and Samira’ which I haven’t read yet!)
  • Teach some kids at some school.. (Always wanted to be a teacher, though not sure if this is happening..)
  • Learn to use oil-paints perfectly and make a huge painting.
  • Write poetries on general topics in a brand new diary. (i.e. buy a diary first 😉 )
  • Oh to help my siblings in their studies. IMPORTANT.
  • Cook food!!!
  • Join a summer course somewhere.
  • Days spending at grandmother’s house and as she says, getting sewing classes from her! (which I’m not getting to be good at, but there’s nothing wrong in giving a try!)
  • What else? Watch television, play games, and go through all my old stuff..!

Would love to know your suggestions too! 🙂

Time to spread my wings and take a flight ♥

I haven’t been blogging in a while and wont be – until some more weeks and that is because my prelims are going on and my final papers are just round the corner!

So this post is not just to inform the cause of absence, but I really want your nice wishes! 😉

I have got so many plans for the time I finally get rid of this tiring study session and enjoy relaxation! This is the end of my 2nd college year (i.e. grade XII) so after this I am surely getting much spare time to decide for admission in a good university and for all the mauj masti I have planned! 😀

Enjoy adventures with Little Nemo!

Saw the Google homepage yet? It is such an adorable doodle! Hilarious:D

I kept on waiting for it to end and it kept on displaying more!;) I have never seen Google doing something SO interesting before!

The first part of the comical doodle!

…………………………………………………….:)………………………………………..

What is shown:

In an an animated trip, we travel through eight panels as Nemo is thrown out of his bed, caught by Princess of Slumberland and then travels with her in a orb on to another bed with long legs. He then tumbles down the panel, finally wakes up and falls off his bed.

The strip is about Nemo’s adventures as he tries to reach the Princess, daughter of King Morpheus, who wanted to play with Nemo.

Born on September 26, 1869, Winsor Zenic McCay was an American cartoonist and animator. He was quite known for the comic strip Little Nemo, which began in 1905. Regarded as a comic-strip art masterpiece, the weekly strip first appeared on October 15, 1905 in the New York Herald as Little Nemo in Slumberland and later in New York American as In the Land of Wonderful Dreams.

Back to Life:)

Hey people!!

My exams have finally ended and I have come back to life!! 🙂

The last ones were the toughest!! Maths, Phy-sick-s and Chem. But done with them now. actually the problem was, we had very little gap between each paper, which made it so difficult to cope up with. Thanks to the examiners.

Now that I am done with them, I will go at my cousin’s today for a night stay, tomorrow at a friend’s wedding, and then later God knows where! My sister’s wedding is coming up too, InshaAllah by the end of June, so I will have some events to enjoy!! =)

What else? I am planning to start a story and post it here on WP. but I am so not sure if I am doing that.

Lastly, I found this cool site and you might just like it as well:

December♥Surprises and Rewards..!

My December is so full of surprises and good rewards, that i have start believing that I am getting pretty cool gifts even before my birthday this month;)

This year is ending so smoothly, and as if it loves me, its leaving some cheerful presents for me:)

Right now I am going to have chocolate and nuts ice-cream, and you know what?  It’s so freezingly cold here that I have got a severe pain in my right leg:( {but I think i was about to tell the ‘good-happenings-of-nowadays’.

Okay, so my two bestfriends (who were my school friends) came to my place on Friday…(wait, the ice cream’s so “cold”, not “cool”!) Alright, so i had SUCH A WONDERFUL time with my friends!!!!!!!! We are going to cherish it forever!!! We had lunch here, shared talks, chatted non-stop, got crazy and made memories!! One of them is together with me at college(Though she is in an entirely different faculty, but we do get chances to hang around, together.) while the other one was studying in a different college, so we had a lot to tell each other!

Plus, I made cold coffee for us, which we LOVED so much! i mean, it not only had such a cool blend of brown, but it also tasted AWESOME):P

Thirdly, yesterday I went to my aunt’s house, together with my siblings and mother to spend our day and PARTY hard!! And I had a FABULOUS time with my new-born (actually, 3 months old:) )cousin and we played a lot:) And I had my fave Macaroni Noodles with delicious meat and veggie topping, and tomato sauce on it…Plus Qorma. (which I suppose you don’t know of<sigh> )

Here, meet Bilal:

MashaAllah!!♥♥

And did I forget I went to shopping today?! Or should i call it window shopping only?! Because whatever I wished to purchase, my mom was like “NO WAY!”

Last, but not the least, I got an incentive of complementary classes for 2 subjects because I had got a 90+ in my prev. exams! So, that becomes a happy ending of my post:)

I Thank you Allah, and I thank you people.

December♥2 *

My first day of December went pretty fine. Actually exciting!

The day started when I got all ready for college and got to know that due to an unexpected “transport strike” , my van won’t pick me. So I went with my father and had half a busy day! Later, we had spare time to hang around with our friends when we had so much fun! The cold breeze was just so soothing;)

Then at night, my mother had prepared “nihari” for dinner as well as fruit custard, which I absolutely love so much!   And then you see, when you like something, everybody does something good for you. So WordPress gave this “NEW POST” new style which is amazing, and now on 2nd is the bday of two special friends:)…..Plus I had a fairly fun time today with my sister, reminding each other of old songs and poems=p

So maybe, there was nothing very ‘special’ about this day, except that I liked it because I wanted to like it!

~Happy Moments~

Happy moments.

Like the birds sing a sweet song.
Like the rivers strum a lovely tune.
Like the stars serenade the moon.
Like flowers look so pretty in June.
Like water makes violets grow.
Like winter brings flaky snow.
This true and no jest.
Love is the blueprint for happiness.
by Lamar Cole.

The reason for beginning with this poetry here is to tell ya all…that I am sooo happy!!(Alhamdolillah=)

You know what? Today I had a great day!  Starting at 8 ‘o clock, I woke up and realized that I woke up late:/ Well,I did not have to goto school, yet there is a great institution that I joined,  a couple of days before..So  there, the institute van was about to arrive at any time and I was only stretching my legs and arms, and rolling my eyes, until my bro entered the room and told me to get up!

Ignoring the unnecessary details to tell ya, I reached the inst. at 9 and took my classes till you know, the recess time. After that, the ‘fun’ actually started..! We were to go for an educational trip today, and the trip was to an agricultural professor’s house! You know what? It was one of the MOST amazing places I had ever been to. Let me elaborate:
It was a great bungalow and was full of greenery! Plants, plants and yet plants! Oh and beautiful flowers, things I had never seen before.. Plants from around the world! Cactus, Orchids, and so many more that I couldn’t memorize the names of!

There were ponds, three small ones; with the purpose of moisturizing the plants, set at an equal distance from another. Surrounded by rocks and shells and filled up with a variety of fishes..Gold fish, red fish, black fish, cat-fish:P And yes, their darling kids:D… And there was one huge pond too. With the best decor and fishes.Other then that, there was, of course, a variety of plants.. Plants that required no medium, those on water, those on land..Those having their pots filled up with coal instead of mud…And those-hanging creatures! Pretty-est lotuses on ponds! Those awesome awesome plants, pineapples and coconuts…!And so much more!

And then, the professor and his wife explained to us about those various plants and then helped us in planting our own, by giving us proper instructions! And then we had juice and biscuits, which appeared to be great refreshments for all of us then!
