Lordly

I will write you a poetry
All yours will it be
Mesmeric like you are,
Worshiper I will be

Your Majesty! May I sit here and draw your portrait?
“Do it. But miss a single color, and you’ll be beheaded.”
I won’t, Master. Please let me have the honor!
“Granted.”
‘Thank you’, he whispered and bowed.

He began to empty his best colors onto his white palette, and wet his paint brushes on them. Looking at his canvas, he raised his right hand to wipe it.

I will draw you a sculpture
Of your own charismatic self
Complete like you are,
Devotee I will be.

Moments passed- or perhaps ages, after which he raised his head and looked at his half-completed piece of art. A smile appeared as he began to appreciate his own skill and the next moment he was thinking how the Master would like his fruit of hard work.

I will paint you some words
Dripping with warmth and affection,
Brilliant as you are,
Blessed I will be.

His head dropped low again, and his fingers voluntarily marked streaks of his own favorite colors this time, as he chose which one His Majesty would like, and which He should.

I will sit before you for hours
Counting your image and presence,
Almighty as you are,
Fortunate I will be.

Finally that it was completed, he held it close like a mother holds her newborn, and looked at it for one long time. It was marvelous indeed! A hundred colors had been put, a hundred hopes and dreams. With a heart beating fast, he stepped towards His Majesty and bowed.

“Show me what you did.”
‘Your Highness! Here’, he felt his voice come out from deep within, as he handed over his work with trembling hands.

“Name it.”
‘You’.
“Why me?”
‘Because you are my complete self, my reason to being.’

“If I destroy it?”
‘Please do. But keep me!’
“I will.”

10 reasons why I hate you!

I hate you because:
you were never there when and where
I wanted you to be.

I hate you because:
you never spoke a single lie,
but left me craving to hear.

I hate you because:
you never showed you cared
though you were aware of it all.

I hate you because:
you never told me about you
and never heard about me.

I hate you because:
you left me to live in that dark alley
and never turned back to see.

I hate you because:
you knew my music by heart
yet you never played those notes.

I hate you because:
you were the only torchbearer
yet you never showed it this path.

I hate you because:
you could have been my savior
yet you chose to teach the hard way.

I hate you because:
I can never hate you
No matter how hard I try to.

“Haters are confused admirers who don’t understand why so many people love you…”

– Paulo Coelho

There is just a THIN distance to border love and hate!

I think I agree. There is just a thin brink between them! Change in perspectives is a matter of minutes, or maybe seconds. You hate someone from the cores and a sudden miracle can change what you feel. You might begin to admire them as soon as you understand their point of view, or maybe their situations.

Everybody has their person hidden. They can not allow you to know them completely. And this may cause them in failing to be up to your expectations. Expectations are sensitive buds. Why create a mirror of hopes and anticipation when your previous mirror had a scratch?

Problem is with the people who trust very easily, like I do.

Thoughts are faster than light or sound. Change is a matter of minutes. Or a matter of incidents. Trust people, they deserve it. But don’t trust too much, nor too easily, for you don’t deserve a shattered mirror of hopes and dreams.

Never fail to express to the people you care, that you do. Nothing is more painful than things left unsaid.

The broken Pakistan…

Pakistan resolution Day : 23rd March 1940 – 23rd March 2013

Minar-e-Pakistan

Minar-e-Pakistan (Pakistan Day Memorial) is a minar which was built to commemorate the day when the Pakistan resolution was passed on March 23, 1940. The main tower of this memorial was completed on March 22, 1968. The location was originally known as Minto Park. It was here that the historic session of the All-India Muslim League was held on March 23, 1940.

This resolution called for the creation of an independent state for Muslims in British-India. As Wikipedia says;

Although the name “Pakistan” had been proposed by Choudhary Rahmat Ali in his Pakistan Declaration[3] in 1933, Muhammad Ali Jinnah and other leaders had kept firm their belief in Hindu-Muslim unity.[4] However, the volatile political climate and sidelining of Muslims by Indian National Congress showed the future of the Muslims in the subcontinent not so bright[5][6] and gave the idea stronger backing.[7]

The resolution stated that,

No constitutional plan would be workable or acceptable to the Muslims unless geographical contiguous units are demarcated into regions which should be so constituted with such territorial readjustments as may be necessary.[14]

Additionally, it stated:

That adequate, effective and mandatory safeguards shall be specifically provided in the constitution for minorities in the units and in the regions for the protection of their religious, cultural, economic, political, administrative and other rights of the minorities,

To know about the proceedings and speech, visit here.

Seven years after the strong struggle of leaders was the independence act signed and the Islamic republic of Pakistan appeared on the world map. Not to forget the massacres and bloodshed which resulted as a reaction from those who disliked the idea and STRONGLY OPPOSED it.

.

65 years have passed to the creation of Pakistan.

Pakistan is still not an independent country. The world calls it a terrorist state. The world judges the 16 crore plus people by the 16 thousand or so enemies of the state. The world sees that Pakistan has failed. That it has collapsed!! (and not that it is striving to stand up again!)

The world can NOT see the beauty, the originality, and the hearts of Pakistanis because that is not SHOWN to them!!! What the media shows is the bombards, the helter-skelter, the terrorism. And its true. It’s actually true  that Pakistan is going through the worst possible condition. Nobody feels safe. Life isn’t safe. People are dying, starving, and afraid.

BUT the Pakistanis, the rest of the 16 crore people, the sad and happy people, the safe and unsafe people, WANT A CHANGE! They want the world to see their positivity, they want them to see what Pakistan really is. They want better governments, they are all striving to help others. They appreciate a good change and they wish and hope to get good leaders like the leaders in their past!

They have all the potential and the greatest potential they have is hope!

These are the things they want you to admire:

A country is easy to get and not easy to control. Whatever situation Pakistan goes through, patriotism is never going to die. The people are always going to strive for good and that is the best positivity you will find about this country!

Don’t judge.

Found this great story from http://hussainjaffery.wordpress.com

A doctor entered the hospital in hurry after being called in for an urgent surgery. He answered the call ASAP, changed his clothes and went directly to the surgery block.
He found the boy’s father going and coming in the hall waiting for the doctor. Once seeing him, the dad yelled:
“Why did you take all this time to come? Don’t you know that my son’s life is in danger? Don’t you have the sense of responsibility?”

The doctor smiled and said:
“I am sorry, I wasn’t in the hospital and I came the fastest I could after receiving the call…… And now, I wish you’d calm down so that I can do my work”

“Calm down?! What if your son was in this room right now, would you calm down? If your own son dies now what will you do??” said the father angrily

The doctor smiled again and replied: “I will say what Job said in the Holy Bible “From dust we came and to dust we return, blessed be the name of God”. Doctors cannot prolong lives. Go and intercede for your son, we will do our best by God’s grace”

“Giving advice when we’re not concerned is so easy” Murmured the father.

The surgery took some hours after which the doctor went out happy, “Thank God! Your son is saved!”

And without waiting for the father’s reply he carried on his way running. “If you have any question, ask the nurse!!”

“Why is he so arrogant? He couldn’t wait some minutes so that I ask about my son’s state” Commented the father when seeing the nurse minutes after the doctor left.

The nurse answered, tears coming down her face: “His son died yesterday in a road accident, he was in the burial when we called him for your son’s surgery. And now that he saved your son’s life, he left running to finish his son’s burial.”

NEVER JUDGE ANYONE because you never know how their life is and as to what is happening or what they’re going through or why their doing !!

What really matters in your life..

“When you are in the final days of your life, what will you want?

Will you hug that college degree in the walnut frame? Will you ask to be carried to the garage so you can sit in your car? Will you find comfort in rereading your financial statement? Of course not. What will matter then will be people. If relationships will matter most then, shouldn’t they matter most now?”

When life comes to you…

I JUST LOVE THIS ONE!

<Not just because its written by my sister, but also because I can totally relate to it;) >

vibrantmirage

When life comes to you…
I’m not myself anymore..!

Your name brings in, an unfelt warmth,
Your thought makes me, a complete sort,
Your smile mends up, all the broken wounds,
Your touch awakens, each bit of my soul…

When life comes to you…
I’m not myself anymore..!

Deep in your scent, I wish to get immersed,
Wrapped in your existence, I wish to get lost,
Dancing in your melody, I wish to get reckless,
Twined in your breaths, I wish to get scattered…

When life comes to you…
I’m not myself anymore..!

When life comes to you.. imaginations run wild,
When life comes to you.. dreams turn auspicious,
When life comes to you.. colors go vivacious,
When life comes to you.. Moments become passionate…

And so,
When life comes to you…
I’m not myself anymore..!

Died in love..

Yesterday noon, as I returned from a mall where I had gone with a group of friends, I saw a cage inside my house in which a cute, green chick lay dead. Shocked by the view, I ran to my mother to know what had been going on. She asked me to put the cage outside because the animal was dead, and then my bro told me what had happened:

My cousin who has come to Pakistan with his family for spending his holidays (and attending my sister’s wedding) had bought a couple of chicks a few days ago, and had taken them with him to one of his aunt’s house while he stayed there.

Unfortunately, another younger cousin (at aunt’s home) left the cage door unlocked, due to which a crow took a chick and flew away (and had a meal:/ ..)

Ozair was EXTREMELY heart-broken and cried A LOT! Later, he noticed that the remaining chick looked very sick. It was confirmed that it could not bear the loss of its friend and was about to die too.

He brought the chick to our place, and the kids gathered around. The sick, sad chick had stopped drinking water or eating its food. It flapped its wings for the last few times, opened his eyes and then closed them forever. He fell on the cage floor, and died too.

My youngest brother who witnessed the scene, had tears in his eyes, and my cousin got really heartbroken..

Later on, a cat ate the dead chick which had been kept outside.

It’s so true.

Distances kill you.

The chick who died because his mate died..

Satisfaction is the highest level of happiness, and it is easily attained, when you have NO expectations….!

No expectations?? That is stop believing in attaining something in your way from anyone who is a part of your tomorrow? Is that what you mean? Well, I don’t think anybody can stop believing or stop expecting.

Come on! Life goes on with expectations. Expectations is the other name for hope. And if someone stops hoping for good, no good will ever occur in their life. Because

hope is the light of life.

hope is the beginning of day.

hope is the source of enlightenment.

And you are telling me to forget expecting?

OH GOD!

You are so right.

Everybody has expectations. When expectations are crushed, people get hurt. but after recovering, they trust somebody else. Once they trust someone, or love someone, they expect to be loved back. And if this does not happen, they break again.

Only countably few people on earth have no expectations from the world around them. They don’t simply care what people do to them. They don’t care if they face harsh words in return of their love. They feel it acceptable to be forgotten. And those few people achieve SATISFACTION!

Expectations or no Expectations??

“ If you’re going to love me, love me deeply. If you’re going to break my heart, then break it all. If you’re going to care, care for me completely. If you decide not to hold me, then just let me fall. If you’re going to stay, then stay forever. And if you want to leave, then do it today. If you’re going change, then change for the better. And if you’re going to talk then please mean what you say. ” ~ Anon

I can’t thank you for your kindness, support, care and anything because ‘thanks’ is a word too small for anything and everything you have ever done for me..

Wo kehti hai suno jana
Wo kehti hai suno jaana,
Mohabbat moum ka ghar hai,
Tapish-e-bud-gumani ki,
Kahin pighla na de is ko?
Main kehta hoon,
Jis dil main zara bhi bad-gumani ho,
Wahan kuch aur ho to ho,
Mohabbat ho nahi sakti,
Wo kehti hai sada aise he,
Kia tum mujh ko chaho ge?
K main is main kami koi bhi,
Gawara ker nahi sakti,
Main kehta hoon,
Mohabbat kia hai ye tum ne sikhaya hai,
Mujhe tum se mohabbat k siwa,
Kuch b nahi aata,
Wo kehti hai,
Judai se bohat darta hai mera dil,
K khud ko tum se hat ker dekhna,
Mumkin nahi hai ab,
Main kehta hoon,
Yahi khadshe bohat mujh ko satate hain,
Magar sach hai mohabbat main,
Judai saath chalti hai,
Wo kehti hai,
Batao kia mere bin jee sako ge tum?
Meri baaten, meri yaaden, meri aankhen,
Bhula do ge?
Main kehta hoon,
Kabhi aisi baat per socha nahi main ne,
Ager ek pal ko bhi sochon to,
Saansen rukne lagti hain,
Wo kehti hai tumhen mujh se,
Mohabbat is qader kyon hai?
K main ek aam si larrki,
Tumhen kyon khaas lagti hon?
Main kehta hoon,
Kabhi khud ko meri aankhon se tum dekho,
Meri dewaangi kyon hai,
Ye khud he jaan jao gi,
Wo kehti hai,
Mujhe waraftgi se dekhte kyon ho?
K main khud ko bohat,
Qeemti mahsoos kerti hoon,
Main kehta hon,
Mata-e-jaan bohat anmol hoti hai,
Tumhen jub dekhta hoon zindgi,
Mahsoos kerta hoon,
Wo kehti hai,
Mujhe alfaz k jugno nahi milte,
K tumhen bata sakon,
K dil main mere kitni mohabbat hai,
Main kehta hoon,
Mohabbat to nigahon se jhalakti hai,
Tumhari khamoshi mujh se,
Tumhari baat kerti hai,
Wo kehti hai,
Batao na kiss ko khone se darta ho?
Batao kon hai wo jise,
Ye mousam bulate hain?
Main kehta hoon,
Yeh meri shayeri hai aaina dil ka,
Zara dekho batao kia,
Tumhen is main nazar aaya?
Wo kehti hai,
Atif jee bohat baaten banate ho,
Magar sach hai ye baaten,
Bohat he shaad rakhti hain,
Main kehta hoon,
Yeh sub baaten ye fasane ek bhana hain,
K pal kuch zindagani k,
Tumhare saath kat jayen,
Phir us k baad khamoshi ka,
Dilkash raqs hota hai,
Nigahen bolti hain aur,
Lub khamosh rehte hain…!!!

Like the leaves that fall helpless.

Like the tears that fill the baby’s eye,

Like the sorrow of a hungry bird.

Like a small drop of rain

Like the roar of wind,

And the cracking of door hinges,

Like a pen out of ink,

Like all the love that existed,

Every breath of mine takes your name!♥
