This guy with a cool book says talking is procrastinating. Silence is the power of doers. Talking is stalling action. Ye wo. So I shouldn’t be talking about you.

If I say things that somehow poetically disguise just this that I miss you, it would take away all this energy and probably (actually) go to waste. Ye kia baat hui na. I’ve already wasted enough. You don’t deserve more.

Now ideally this inner self would say so? Wo deserve na karay, you deserve you. Take your time into healing ya. Go easy. Hey, you.

But then this inner self is pretty lazy. Sadness makes you lazy. Outer mind is chillest and brutally honest. It’s telling you that. Beta, act. Stop with this nonsense siyapa. And now you feel better enough to go do something productive. See ya! x

Secrets are gifts. They don’t belong just everywhere. A secret lives where lives Love.

I have my grandmother’s stories within me,
and my mother’s, and yours—
Why do I have yours?

I have someone else’s anger, a tragedy from another place in time
Where I wasn’t, where I’ll never be – except in the future of their past
that is already a memory
Numberless faces read out their stories and not one I could tell not to
Like I could not tell you

“I don’t want your stories!” I scream now when it’s too late—
Waking up from a dream, and sleeping into another
Why do I still find you near?

Write it up and let it go!

Words, once they are printed, have a life of their own.

-Carol Burnett

The last time when I wrote someone a letter was only a day before!
I wrote it to a dear friend of mine and it was a great way to put down all my frustration, and my own secrets- for I needed counselling. I haven’t as yet received her reply but to me, only writing it up has reduced the feeling.
When you have something to share, find a good friend and write to her! Or write a blog- anonymous you may keep.

The two best things to help you in bad times are papers and tears

Plus, writing a letter to your friend brings back the memories of old, good days. So this old-fashioned practice can actually become something of your own – it will bring you ‘your’ time. You’ll get to be with you.

“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.”

When life comes to you…

I JUST LOVE THIS ONE!

<Not just because its written by my sister, but also because I can totally relate to it;) >

When life comes to you…
I’m not myself anymore..!

Your name brings in, an unfelt warmth,
Your thought makes me, a complete sort,
Your smile mends up, all the broken wounds,
Your touch awakens, each bit of my soul…

When life comes to you…
I’m not myself anymore..!

Deep in your scent, I wish to get immersed,
Wrapped in your existence, I wish to get lost,
Dancing in your melody, I wish to get reckless,
Twined in your breaths, I wish to get scattered…

When life comes to you…
I’m not myself anymore..!

When life comes to you.. imaginations run wild,
When life comes to you.. dreams turn auspicious,
When life comes to you.. colors go vivacious,
When life comes to you.. Moments become passionate…

And so,
When life comes to you…
I’m not myself anymore..!

Hiding your identity?

Ask yourself this one simple question…

Are you afraid of the people around you?

Are you hiding your true identity, or does it feel shameful to tell you group of friends who you are?

Are you proud of your religion or do you take it simply?

Are you afraid of accepting what you really are?

Life comes just once. Spend it the way you like. Stop being someone. Be yourself. Hear your call. Say what you like. Listen to that something which keeps on telling you to be yourself, and each time you ignore it with that ‘ i am scared’ reply..

Love yourself.
